Welding:
American
Sling Company maintains a full Welding Shop at its Ft. Worth Facility
and is a Certified Welded Chain Sling Repair Station for Columbus-McKinnon
Corp. We can produce both Mechanical and Welded Chain Sling Assemblies
as well as Magnet Chain Slings and specialty items to customer's
specifications.

Spreader
Bars:
We
specialize in welded spreader bars made to your specifications
- fully proof tested and certified. Our staff of welders are certified
to A.N.S.I. / A.W.S qualification specifications.

Repairs:
American
Sling has a full Repair Station for hoists, clamps, and various
other types of lifting devices. Our repair staff has been fully
trained and most of the common repair parts are in stock for quick
turnaround.

Synthetic
Web Sling Manufacture:
Our
El Paso facility has a full Sewing Department for the manufacture
of all types of Synthetic Web Slings and assemblies; stock sizes
as well as specialized customer designed assemblies.

Proof
Testing:
In-house Proof Testing
- We offer Proof Testing services for customer-furnished assemblies
with full inspection, tagging and certification with testing capabilities
up to 250,000 lbs. (Lucker Test Bed - Fully Calibrated and Certified)
Field Proof Testing (up to 200,000 lbs.) is also offered using
Load Cells and Dynamometers (fully calibrated and certified) -
we also can provide weights for field testing, if required. All
field testing includes full inspection, tagging and certification.
